Join us for our first Experimental Dinner


We're working on some new recipes for Dinner at the Rafns', and before we unveil them to the masses, we need some guinea pigs. That's why we're hosting an Experimental Dinner to try some new dishes and get feedback on them. Seating is limited. It's only $17 per person and we're having Grass-Fed Beef Tenderloin for the main course! You won't want to miss it.

- Vegetable and Shrimp Gratinee -
local organic vegetables, Oregon shrimp, jack cheese, toasted bread crumbs

- Roast Beef Tenderloin -
McK Ranch grass-fed beef, Nikko Farm shiitake mushrooms, mashed potatoes

- Frozen Hazelnut Souffle -
made with free-range eggs and local hazelnut liqueur
