Winter Feast on February 27th 2013


We are hosting this year's Winter Feast on February 27th. This dinner pays homage to the deep, brooding flavors of wintertime. Guests will be treated to a delicious four-course meal and coffee service in the warmth and comfort of our low-lit dining room. We hope you can attend! Seating is limited and reservations are required.

- Soup -
wholesome chicken broth, fish sauce, shoyu, ginger, organic garlic and onion

- Cold Appetizer -
sweet-and-sour beans, macaroni salad, pickled vegetables

- Main Course -
McK Ranch grass-fed beef stew, winter vegetables

- Dessert -
applesauce cake, butter frosting

- Caffeinated Coffee -
Caravan Coffee, organic cream, organic sugar

APRIL 21, 2013 We would like to thank all those who attended our dinner last Thursday. We had another packed house and it sounds like everyone enjoyed the food and company. The ingredients used in this meal were sourced from a handful of local farmers and artisans. The potatoes in the soup were from Teal Creek Farms ; those tasty little cheese curds were made by Full Circle Creamery ; the pork was raised by Rain Shadow El Rancho ; and the goat cheese was hand crafted by the kind folks at Fairview Farm Goat Dairy . We hope you'll patronize these fine businesses. Without them, Dinner at the Rafns' would not be possible.
